近年来诸多大型商场、体育场馆和工业厂房不断进入大众视野,这类建筑物多数采用建筑金属屋面作为建筑顶部的外围护结构.我省属于热带风暴和台风多发地区,建筑金属屋面抗风掀性能的优劣直接关系到广大人民群众的生命和财产安全.本文对某个建筑金属屋面工程抗风掀性能从设计、安装到检测的全过程进行分析,并针对问题提出整改方法,依托专业的检测设备验证整改方法的可行性,在满足标准要求的基础上,顺利完成了该建筑金属屋面抗风掀性能的检测工作,可为同类建筑金属屋面检测提供参考.
Test and analysis of the wind lifting resistance of building metal roof
In recent years,many large-scale shopping malls,stadium and industrial factories have come into the public view,which most-ly use metal roofs as the outer protective structures on the top of the building.Our province belongs to the tropical storm and the typhoon frequency area,performance quality of the building metal roof anti-wind lifting directly related to the broad masses life and the property security.This paper analyzes the whole process of anti-wind lifting performance from design,installation to test in a building metal roof project,and puts forward the rectification method according to the problem,and verifies the feasibility of the rectification method relying on the professional testing equipment,on the basis of meeting the requirements of the standard.The testing work of the anti-wind-lifting performance of the metal roof of the building has been successfully completed.
