摘要
城市综合体的出现改变了城市居民的生活方式和城市结构,提升了居民生活的便利性和质量,推动经济发展和环境优化.其多功能布局,包括商业、办公、住宅等,是现代城市的重要组成部分,但整合和优化利用仍是一大挑战.文章以泉州东海泰禾广场为例,结合商业形态的演变,分析综合体设计中设计难点,逐一进行推演,最终在总平功能布置、交通、立面、景观等四个方面提出相应落地实施的设计策略,以协调复杂功能及各系统间的适应性,以期能为城市综合体设计的未来发展提供参考及思路.
Abstract
The emergence of urban complexes has transformed the lifestyle and structure of urban residents,enhanced the convenience and quality of life,driven economic development,and optimized the environment.With their multiple-functional layout,including commercial,office,and residential spaces,urban complexes have become a vital part of modem cities.However,the integration and optimized utilization of these spaces remain a significant challenge.This article takes Quanzhou Donghai Taihe Plaza as a case study,analyzes the evolution of commercial forms and examines the design challenges in urban complex development.By systematically exploring these challenges,the arti-cle proposes practical design strategies in four key areas:master plan functional layout,transportation,facade design,and landscape.These strategies aim to harmonize complex functions and improve system adaptability,providing reference and insights for the future development of urban complex design.
