改性陶瓷粉和陶瓷抛光粉对混凝土性能的影响

将通过机械改性的方式获得的陶瓷粉与多种陶瓷抛光粉进行对比,分析研究了不同改性方式处理的陶瓷粉与陶瓷抛光粉对混凝土性能的影响.试验表明:在机械球磨改性作用下,陶瓷粉具有比水泥更大的比表面积,表面活性增加,可以充分发挥掺合料的形态效应、微集料效应,陶瓷粉球磨时间达到120min时,其活性指数达到84%,作用效果优于普通粉煤灰.当改性陶瓷粉的掺量达到20%时,对混凝土强度影响较小,因此改性陶瓷粉在混凝土中的掺量应控制在20%以内.另外成分以硅质为主且经过煅烧的陶瓷抛光粉无需改性,可直接在混凝土中使用,可提高其力学性能.
The effect of modified ceramic powder and ceramic polishing powder on the properties of concrete
The mechanical modification of ceramic powder was compared with a variety of ceramic polishing powders,and the influence of different modified ceramic powder and ceramic polishing powder on the performance of concrete is analyzed.The results show that ceramic powder has larger specific surface area and increased surface activity than cement under the action of mechanical ball milling,which can give full play to the morphology effect and micro-aggregate effect of the admixture.When the ball milling time reaches 120min,the activity index of ceramic powder reaches 84%,which is better than that of ordinary fly ash.When the content of modified ceramic powder reaches 20%,the influence on the strength of concrete is small,so the content of modified ceramic powder in concrete should be controlled within 20%.In addition,the calcined ceramic polishing powder,which is mainly composed of silica,does not need modification and can be directly used in concrete to improve its mechanical properties.
