机制砂尾粉对泡沫混凝土性能的影响

利用机制砂尾粉部分替代胶凝材料制备出不同密度等级的泡沫混凝土,研究机制砂尾粉掺量对泡沫混凝土工作性能、力学性能和热工性能的影响.结果表明:当机制砂尾粉掺量为10%时,A03、A10等级泡沫混凝土的28d抗压强度分别提高了 66.7%、10.7%,A06等级泡沫混凝土在掺量为5%时,28d抗压强度提高10.5%;随着机制砂粉掺量的变化,泡沫混凝土的孔隙结构得到一定的改善,当掺量为20%时,A03、A06、A10等级泡沫混凝土导热系数分别下降了 18.2%、7.4%、6.9%.
The Impact of Manufactured Sand Powder on the Physical Properties of Foam Concrete
In this paper,foam concrete with different density grades was prepared by partially replacing cementitious materials with tailing powder of machine-made sand.The effects of different dosages of tailing powder of machine-made sand on the working performance,me-chanical properties and thermal performance of foam concrete were studied.The results show that when the dosage manufactured sand pow-der is 10%,the 28d compressive strength of A03 and A10 grade foamed concrete is increased by 66.7%and 10.7%respectively.When the dosage of A06 grade foamed concrete is 5%,its 28d compressive strength is increased by 10.5%.With the change of the dosage manu-factured sand powder,the pore structure of foamed concrete is improved to a certain extent.When the dosage is 20%,the thermal conductiv-ity of A03,A06 and A10 grade foamed concrete is reduced by 18.2%,7.4%and 6.9%respectively.
