Application of Foamed Lightweight Soil in Subgrade Treatment for Road Improvement and Reconstruction Projects
As an innovative material,foamed lightweight soil has the advantages of lightweight,high strength,and durability.It is widely used in the treatment of highway subgrades.This paper is based on the improvement and reconstruction project of Yingbin Road in Changle Dis-trict.It summarizes the experience of the original designed soft soil treatment and studies the application of foamed lightweight soil in the re-inforcement and treatment of road-soft soil subgrades.It elaborates on the aspects of scheme selection,construction process,guarantee measures,and treatment effect,highlighting the advantages of foamed lightweight soil in soft soil treatment.The rationality and feasibility of the foamed lightweight soil scheme have been validated,offering valuable references and recommendations for incorporating foamed light-weight soil in the treatment of highway soft subgrades.
