Discussion on the construction technology of suspension cable tensioning for the combination structure system of steel box tied arch beam and prestressed concrete continuous box beam
This paper takes the Shuinan Second Bridge project in Jianou City as an example to study the cable tensioning construction tech-nology of the composite structure system of steel box tie arch beam and prestressed concrete continuous box beam.Based on the main beam line shape,arch rib line shape and the determined stress-free length of the cable,the design line shape of the bridge is taken as the goal,and the cable tensioning sequence,tensioning force value,and structural response calculation value of each tensioning stage are determined on the basis of comprehensive consideration of various factors such as the internal force of the cable at each stage of cable tensioning,the bearing capacity of the pin shaft and the ear clamp plate,and the optimal configuration of construction machinery resources(jacks,tensio-ning devices,etc.),and the cable tensioning process of the bridge is optimized,providing a feasible solution for cable tensioning.
