摘要

常规混凝土地坪在工业厂房、物流仓库、机场等各类大型工业及公共建筑应用中,常受大型设备运行或室内运输车辆反复荷载的作用,容易出现弯曲、开裂、严重破损等问题.本文通过工程实践,系统介绍预应力整体无缝地坪施工工艺流程,探讨施工过程的关键环节,旨在为后续类似工程提供借鉴.

Abstract

Conventional concrete flooring is often subjected to repeated loads from large equipment operation or indoor transportation vehicles in various large-scale industrial and public building applications such as industrial plants,logistics warehouses,airports,etc.,which can easily lead to bending,cracking,serious damage,and other problems.This article systematically introduces the construction process of pre-stressed seamless flooring through engineering practice,explores the key links in the construction process,and aims to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
