基于运行效率的道路交叉口提升改造方案研究——以旗山大道——国宾大道(G316)交叉口为例

道路交叉口是道路交通网络的重要节点,其运行效率关乎交通路网的整体效率,因此研究城市化背景下的道路交叉口提升改造方案意义重大.如何因地制宜提升交叉口通行效率、优化慢行交通系统,是落实"以人为本"交通理念、打造绿色交通体系的重要一环.本文以福州市旗山大道——国宾大道(G316)交叉口为例,针对交叉口现状总体供需矛盾较大、各转向交通流量不均衡、周边地块开口不合理、对慢行交通系统的考虑不足等问题,以交通量为依托简化交通组织型式,运用慢行优先的理念、以精细化的策略全面提升交叉口运行效率,打造可持续交通体系,为类似工程提供参考.
Research on Intersection Improvement and Upgrade Schemes Based on Operational Efficiency——Take the Intersection of Qishan Avenue and Guobin Avenue(G316)as an Example
Road intersections are important nodes in the road traffic network,and their operational efficiency is closely related to the overall efficiency of the traffic network.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the improvement and transformation scheme of road intersec-tions under the background of urbanization.How to improve the efficiency of intersections and optimize the slow traffic system according to local conditions is an important part of implementing the human-centered transportation concept and building urban green transporta-tion.Taking the intersection of Qishan Avenue and Guobin Avenue in Fuzhou City as an example,addressing the mismatch between supply and demand at intersections,uneven distribution of traffic flows,irrational placement of land access,and insufficient consideration for the pe-destrian and cycling,this paper simplifies traffic organization patterns based on traffic volume.Employing refined strategies to comprehen-sively enhance intersection operational efficiency,thereby creating a sustainable transportation system.This approach serves as a reference for similar projects.
