Analysis of Control Methods for Cost Management of Civil Engineering Projects
Combined with the practice of engineering cost control,this article analyzes the existing problems in construction unit's engineer-ing cost management,and explores the phenomenon and causes of the difficulty in engineering cost control.On this basis,suggestions and measures are proposed from the aspects of cost information sharing platform,cost control in the design stage,rationality of engineering budg-et,and strengthening cost management in the construction stage,in order to effectively control the cost in each stage of engineering construc-tion and ensure the comprehensive investment return target of project construction.
