摘要
EPC工程总承包模式发展迅速,如何提高承包单位对EPC项目财务风险管理的认知受到广泛关注.文章围绕EPC项目中的财务风险问题进行探讨,在合同管理风险、预算管理风险以及资金管理风险分析的基础上,从EPC项目的投标阶段、执行阶段与结算阶段分别提出相应的财务风险管控措施.相关研究为增强EPC工程总承包项目财务风险防范意识,加快构建系统的财务风险应对体系进而提高企业管理承包工程的效率和增强企业在市场中竞争力提供了一定借鉴.
Abstract
EPC general contracting mode is developing rapidly,how to improve the contractor's knowledge of financial risk management of EPC projects is widely concerned.The article discusses the financial risk in EPC projects,and based on the analysis of contract management risk,budget management risk and fund management risk,it proposes corresponding financial risk control measures from the bidding stage,execution stage and settlement stage of EPC projects.The study provides a certain reference for enhancing the awareness of financial risk prevention in EPC general contracting projects,accelerating the construction of a systematic financial risk response system and then impro-ving the efficiency of enterprise management contracting projects and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
