Study on Karst Development Characteristics of a Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in Shenzhen
Taking a comprehensive pipe gallery project in Longgang District of Shenzhen as the research object,the karst development situa-tion was identified by drilling combined with cross-hole elastic wave CT and micro-motion method.Through mathematical statistical methods,the karst development characteristics were studied from the aspects of karst development form,scale,filling situation and spatial distribution characteristics.The study found that the karst is strongly developed within the scope of the proposed utility tunnel and under the structural floor,which is mainly shallow cover type,and is dominated by large karst caves,most of which are not filled.In view of the spatial distribution and development characteristics of karst,combined with the buried depth and elevation distribution of the utility tunnel struc-ture,this paper proposes targeted treatment measures to ensure the safety and stability of the proposed utility tunnel structure.
