Optimal selection of foundation schemes for high-rise buildings in soil karst composite area——Taking Longyan Tiefa Jiayuan project as an example
The geological conditions in karst areas are often leads to insufficient bearing capacity or uneven settlement of high-rise building foundations.Taking the foundation engineering of Tiefa Jiayuan project in Longyan area as an example,through the optimization of three different foundation schemes,the pile-raft foundation design with stiffness adjustment device set at the pile top was adopted,which effec-tively solved the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of building foundations in soil karst areas.The actual measurement results show that the uneven settlement and overall settlement of the building foundation are relatively small,indicating that this foundation design scheme can effectively control the differential settlement of the foundation in karst areas.At the same time,good economic and social bene-fits have been achieved in terms of project cost and schedule.
