本文以某机场三向桁架结构屋盖为例,对整体拼装提升施工关键技术进行分析.详细介绍了整体拼装、整体提升、支撑钢柱安装、塔架柱拆除等施工工艺,并结合有限元分析,对整体提升过程中的钢结构受力、变形及提升架处混凝土承载能力进行验算分析,各参数验算结果均满足相关规范要求;同时针对本项目的难点给出了提升过程监测要点.本案例可供行业内同类结构施工参考.
Key construction techniques for overall assembly and lifting of the three-dimensional truss structure system
Taking the three-dimensional truss structure roof of an airport as an example,this article analyzes the key technologies for over-all assembly and lifting construction.A detailed introduction was given to the construction processes of overall assembly,overall lifting,in-stallation of supporting steel columns,and dismantling of tower columns.Combined with finite element analysis,the stress,deformation,and concrete bearing capacity of the steel structure during the overall lifting process were verified and analyzed,and the acceptance results of each parameter met the requirements of relevant specifications;At the same time,key points for improving process monitoring were provided for the key and difficult points of this project.This case can serve as a reference for similar structural construction in the industry.
