浅析水环境敏感路段道路排水污染防治

绿色交通"十四五"发展规划提出交通基础设施与生态环境协调发展整体理念,交通运输污染防治是其发展的一大主题,有效控制源头污染,使后续处理设施得以弱化,从而实现"双碳"目标.交通运输污染防治中对水生态保护是重点,也是难点.路面初期雨水径流因其污染强度大、突发性危险化学品运输泄漏灾难事故因其危害性大,对生态环境和地表水体的影响被予以格外的关注.通过分析探讨道路污染特征,了解道路径流污染成因及主要成分,了解危化学品运输突发灾难性事故特点,对水环境敏感路段进行梳理区分,结合道路排水系统,对水环境敏感路段道路排水污染防治设计技术参数选取进行细致分析,同步提出相应技术措施的解决思路和建议,供同行参考借鉴.
Analysis of Road Drainage Pollution Prevention and Control in Water Environment Sensitive Sections
"The 14th five-year plan"of Green traffic development planning proposes the overall concept of coordinated development be-tween transportation infrastructure and ecological environment,where the prevention and control of transportation pollution is a major theme.Effectively controlling source pollution and weakening subsequent treatment facilities can help achieve the"double carbon"goal.The protection of water ecology is a key and difficult point in the prevention and control of transportation pollution.Due to the high pollution in-tensity of rainwater runoff in the early stage of road surface,as well as the potential harm of sudden hazardous chemical transportation leak-age accidents,the special attention has been paid to the impact on the ecological environment and surface water bodies.By analyzing and ex-ploring the characteristics of road pollution,understanding the causes and main components of road runoff pollution,mastering the character-istics of sudden and catastrophic accidents in hazardous chemical transportation,sorting and distinguishing water environment sensitive road sections,and combining with road drainage systems,a detailed analysis is conducted on the selection of technical parameters for road drain-age pollution prevention and control design in water environment sensitive road sections,and corresponding technical measures and sugges-tions are proposed for reference and reference by peers.
