The Study of the Problems in Engineering Construction Project Approval through the Lens of Reform
This article focuses on investigating the common problems and prominent difficulties encountered by enterprises in the project ap-proval process of engineering construction.It explores the actual situation of project approval in the high-tech zone of A City before the re-form and the specific difficulties faced during the reform.The key issues of the current reform of China's engineering construction project ap-proval system are summarized,and an attempt is made to sort out the new challenges that enterprises and functional departments will face in the work of application and approval under the new circumstances.At the same time,through collecting reform experiences and typical prac-tices from different regions,a comparative analysis is conducted from the perspective of optimization of the approval process.The effective-ness of various local reform practices in improving the efficiency of project approval is discussed.The outlook for further deepening the re-form of the engineering construction project approval system is presented,which will enhance the administrative effectiveness and credibility of the government,and promote the construction of a service-oriented government governance system.
