摘要
为实现各类住房租赁业务和数据一体化整合,为住房租赁各方主体提供方便快捷、公平普惠、优质高效的住房租赁服务,加强对住房租赁市场的有效监管,福建省开展了相关的研究与设计.本文通过运用大数据、云计算等相关技术,实现各类住房租赁数据资源的汇聚融合,对数据进行分析,形成覆盖全省、统一接入、各方共享、统筹利用、政企互联的住房租赁大数据,并以数据聚合应用,搭建供应主体多元、平台功能完备、高效便捷、具有公信力的住房租赁服务与监管信息平台.
Abstract
In order to achieve the integration of various housing rental businesses and data,provide convenient,fast,fair,inclusive,high-quality and efficient housing rental services for all parties involved in housing rental,and strengthen effective supervision of the housing rental market,Fujian Province has carried out relevant research and design.This article uses technologies such as big data,artificial intelli-gence,and cloud computing to achieve the aggregation and integration of various housing rental data resources.The data is analyzed to form a housing rental big data that covers the whole province,is uniformly accessed,shared by all parties,coordinated and utilized,and intercon-nected with government and enterprises.Through data aggregation applications,a housing rental service and regulatory information platform with diverse supply entities,complete system functions,high efficiency and convenience,and credibility is built.
