Construction of a training model for new teachers from the perspective of reflective practice
Teachers are reflective practitioners who enhance their educational and teaching abilities through a cycle of reflection and practice.In practice,it has been found that the real dilemma faced by new teacher training ultimately lies in the problem of connecting train-ing with practice.The reflective practice theory highlights the subject status of participating teachers,emphasizes practical orientation,and promotes the action cycle of"practice reflection,repeated practice reflection",providing theoretical guidance for effective training of new teachers.To this end,a hierarchical training model based on diagnostic assessment,an immersive"reflection+practice"learning model,and a training extension guidance service mechanism were constructed for new teacher training,and implemented in the training class for new junior high school history teachers in F Province.
