德育现代化背景下学校德育机制的创新——以厦门一中"成长合伙人"为例

德育现代化以人的现代化作为价值宗旨.作为学校关系焦点,学生现代化受到学校各种关系状态的规定.当代学校德育出现师生关系契约化导致师生关系疏远、过度学业竞争导致生际关系封闭、短视精致算计导致家校关系异化等问题.厦门一中创造性地提出"成长合伙人"的德育理念,创新相应机制,建构自然属性、社会属性和文化属性融为一体的成长观,以及相互合作、共同行动、共同成长的多类型、多层次的共同体组织.通过德育机制创新,推动学生成长方式的深度变革,培养符合新时代要求的新人,从而推动人的现代化和学校高质量发展.
Innovation in School Moral Education Mechanism Under the Background of Moral Education Modernization——A case study of Xiamen No.1 High School's"Growth Partners"
Modernization of moral education is rooted in the value orientation of modernizing human beings.As the focus of school rela-tionships,the modernization of students is influenced by various relational states within the school.Contemporary school moral education faces issues such as the contractualization of teacher-student relationships leading to alienation,excessive academic competition resulting in closed student relationships,and short-sighted calculation leading to the alienation of home-school relationships.Xiamen No.1 High School has creatively proposed the moral education concept of"Growth Partners,"establishing corresponding mechanisms to construct a growth perspec-tive integrated with natural,social,and cultural attributes,as well as multi-type,multi-level community organizations that emphasize coop-eration,joint action,and shared growth.Through the innovation of moral education mechanisms,the school promotes profound changes in students'growth methods,cultivates new individuals who meet the requirements of the new era,and thereby drives the modernization of hu-mans and high-quality development of the school.
