摘要

新时代文明实践中心作为新平台、新空间,具有赋能中小学劳动教育的显著优势.在内涵上,旨在实现学校教育与社会教育的同向发力、劳动理论与劳动实践的逻辑自觉、全面发展与个性发展的聚合共振;在价值上,通过理论宣传增强劳动意识、在耳濡目染中激发劳动兴趣、在志愿实践中提升劳动技能;在路径上,通过构建"劳动启蒙所"、组建"劳动导师团"、打造"劳动交互场",更好地赋能中小学劳动教育.

Abstract

The New Era Civilization Practice Center,as a new platform and space,holds significant advantages in empowering labor ed-ucation in primary and secondary schools.In terms of connotation,it aims to synchronize the efforts of school education and social education,to logically realize the consciousness of labor theory and practice,and to achieve a resonance between comprehensive and individual develop-ment.In terms of value,it enhances labor awareness through theoretical propaganda,stimulates labor interest through constant exposure,and improves labor skills through voluntary practice.In terms of pathways,it better empowers labor education in primary and secondary schools by constructing"Labor Enlightenment Institutes,"establishing"Labor Mentor Groups,"and creating"Labor Interaction Fields."
