The cultivation of learning competence and decision-making literacy is a core objective in the field of career education in the age of digital intelligence.High-quality evaluation of learning competence can play a leading,motivational,diagnostic,and developmental role in teaching and learning.However,there are several criticisms of the current evaluation of career learning competence:in terms of content,there is a"lack of value or ambiguity in evaluation objectives,"a focus on"formal objects over substantive objects,"and an emphasis on"static content over dy-namic operations";in terms of methods,there is a characteristic of"coexistence of hidden flaws and unordered compliance";and in terms of process,there is a phenomenon of"lack of meta-evaluation or non-action."Career education learning competence evaluation faces demands for innovative development.Creative transformation is the key path to innovative development;therefore,the evaluation of learning competence in career education needs to achieve a"four-dimensional"theoretical turn in terms of axiology,ontology,epistemology,and methodology,and a"five-di-mensional"practical transformation in terms of objectives,objects,content,process,and methods,to realize the innovative development of learning competence evaluation methods in career education in the new era.
