家校社协同促进教育治理现代化的福建实践:现状、问题与创新路径

摘要
构建学校家庭社会协同育人新格局,是推进教育治理现代化的必然要求.近年来,福建中小学积极推进家校社协同育人实践探索,并取得较好的创新成果,家校社协同育人效能得到释放.为了进一步总结福建中小学家校社协同育人实践的现状,本研究以福建主要地区中小学教育工作者、家长和社区人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的研究方法,从认知、行动和效果三个维度,对福建中小学家校社协同育人实践的整体概况、特点与不足展开分析总结,并提出了具有福建特色的家校社协同育人创新实践路径.
Abstract
Establishing a new pattern of school-family-community collaborative education is an essential requirement for advancing the modernization of educational governance.In recent years,Fujian primary and secondary schools have actively promoted the practice of school-family-community collaborative education and achieved favorable innovative results,with the effectiveness of collaborative education being re-alized.To further summarize the current status of the practice of school-family-community collaborative education in Fujian primary and sec-ondary schools,this study takes educators,parents,and community members from the main regions of Fujian as the research subjects,em-ploying a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews.It analyzes and summarizes the overall situation,characteristics,and deficien-cies of the practice from the dimensions of cognition,action,and effect.Additionally,it proposes innovative practice paths for school-family-community collaborative education with Fujian characteristics.
