Comparative Research on Rhizosphere Soil and Non-rhizosphere Soil Properties in Differrent Stand Age of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Sand-fixation Forest
This paper mainly dealt with the rhizosphere soil properties in different stand age of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica sand-fixation forest. The result showed that the pH value of rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil were on the decline from beginning to end. The content of organic matter of rhizosphere soil were higher than those of non-rhizosphere soil in different stand age . The CEC value of rhizosphere soil was lower than that of non-rhizosphere soil in half-mature stage and near - mature stage. The extent of soluble salt accumulation of rhizosphere soil decreased with the increase of stand age. The content of total N, available N and available K of rhizosphere soil were higher than those of non-rhizosphere soil at different stand age, while the content of available P of rhizosphere soil was lower than that of non-rhizosphere soil and the extent of deficiency of available P of rhizosphere soil was also on the increase with stand age. The percentage of bacteria in all microorganisms of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil decreased with the increase of stand age. The activity of different kinds of enzymes of rhizosphere soil was higher than those of non-rhizosphere soil.
