萧氏松茎象绿僵菌无纺布菌条防治试验

进行了金龟子绿僵菌Ma1291-2菌株无纺布菌条的制作和萧氏松茎象防治试验.结果表明,Ma1291-2菌株无纺布菌条最佳接种量为1∶3,产孢量为(1.11±0.08)×108孢子·cm-2;该菌条对萧氏松茎象室内感染试验,校正死亡率和僵虫率分别为64.25%和62.25%,LT50为14.43 d;林间防治试验,2个试验区效果分别达(53.80±1.74)%和(51.54±1.35)%,林间无纺布菌条上含孢量15d前为107-108孢子·cm-2,以后急速下降,30 d后为103孢子·cm-2,孢子萌发率变化较小,30d内在80%以上.结果说明Ma1291-2菌株无纺布菌条对防治萧氏松茎象有一定的应用价值.
Control experiments on Hylobitelus xiaoi with non-woven fabric band of Metarhizium anisopliae
By making of non-woven fabric band with the strain Ma1291-2 of Metarhizium anisopliae (Metsch. ) Sorokin and control experiment on Hylobitelus xiaoi Zhang in field, the results showed that the best inoculating concentration of making non-woven fabric bands with the strain Ma1291-2 was the ration of 1:3, and its, conidia production was (1.11 ±0.08) ×108 conidia · cm-2. Infecting test to H. xiaoi indoor with non-woven fabric bands, the correct mortality and cadaver rate of H. xiaoi were 64.25% and 62.25% respectively, and median lethal times (LT50 ) was 14.43 days. By controling experiments in field with non-woven fabric bands in two experimental plots, the control effect on H. xiaoi was (53.80 ±1.74)% and (51.54 ±1.35)% respectively, and the conidia in non-woven fabric bands kept 107 -108 conidia · cm-2 in 15 days, but sharply decreased after then. The spore germination rate was over 80% with less change in 30 days. It showed that non-woven fabric bands of the strain Ma1291-2 has a certain application value for controlling H. xiaoi.
