Growth adaptability evaluation of Tripterygium wilfordii from different geography provenances
Through the investigation on growth and biomass of germ plasma resource of Tripterygium wilfordii, which were structured by 1 248 cutting seedlings from 208 individual plants introduced from 24 T. wilfordii provenances in National Forest Farm of Yong'an in Fujian, growth adaptability of T. wilfordiiprovenances was analyzed and evaluated by the componential analysis method. The results showed that the difference between seed sources was preliminarily dominated by biomass and growth of main organs such as branches and roots. It was preliminarily determined that seed sources in Minqing of Fujian, Jiangshan of Zhejiang, Xiangxiang of Hunan, Liancheng of Fujian et al grew well which would be used as optimal provenance. Using clustering analysis method, it showed that Zhejiang and most areas of Fujian were clustered together except for seed sources in Xianyou of Fujian, Yong' an of Fujian and Changkeng of Taining of Fujian, so the result of clustering reflected genetic relationship of plants species in a certain extent.
