对雷公藤角斑病菌福木假尾孢(Pseudocercospora elaeodendri)毒素的生物活性进行测定.结果表明,该菌所产生的毒素对雷公藤叶片具有毒性.生物活性测定方法选择离体叶片针刺法.对雷公藤角斑病菌产毒条件研究表明,该菌产毒的最佳培养液为查彼+培养液,最适pH值为7.0,适宜温度为29℃,并在全黑暗条件下充分震荡(120 r·min-1)培养25 d.
Effects of culture condition on production of toxin from Pseudocercospora elaeodendri
Bioassay results of the study indicated that toxin from Pseudocercospora elaeodendri had toxicity on the leaves of Tripterygi-um wilfordii Hook. F. , and the pricking and spreading method was a more effective and convenient method. The toxin-producing capability of the fungus was observed, and the results showed the cultural conditions for producting toxin were remarkable. The most optimum medium for the activity was Czapek + , and the favorable temperature was 29 ℃ , the optimum pH was 7.0, cultured period being 25 days, rotating speed 120 r·min-1, darkness and enough dissolved O2.
