Changes of induced volatiles in Eucalyptus leaves and the taxis responses of Leptocybe invasa
GC-MS and four-armed olfactmeter were employed to test the changes of volatiles in healthy leaves of Eucalyptus and induced by Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle in the clones such as DH32-28, DH201-2 and GL-UG9, and to investigate their temptation to the adults .The extraction ratios of induced and healthy volatiles were in the following order :DH32-28>DH201-2>GL-UG9, and the extraction ratio of induced volatiles was lower than that of volatiles from the healthy trees in the same clone .In the induced volatiles, terpene, alcohols, aldehyde, ketone and aromatics were more than those in the healthy leaves .The leaves of healthy DH201-2 and GL-UG9 had remarkable temptation to the adults of Leptocybe invasa Fisher & La Salle, but the leaves of healthy DH32-28 performed insignificantly .Meanwhile the induced volatiles in the leaves of the clones DH 201-2, GL-UG9 and DH32-28 performed obvious temptation .
