凋落物配比对杉木土壤微生物碳代谢多样性的影响

Responses of carbon metabolism diversity of topsoil microbial to the litterfall addition in Cunninghamia laneolata plantation

在4、15和32年生杉木人工林内采用网袋法布设不同配比杉木-火力楠凋落物网袋和空白对照样地,采用Biolog技术分析不同林龄杉木人工林内凋落物配比对表层(0~5 cm)土壤微生物的碳源利用以及土壤微生物碳代谢多样性的影响.结果表明,各林分土壤微生物平均颜色变化率(AWCD)表现为32 a>15 a>4 a;杉木-火力楠1∶2处理下4年生幼林表层土壤中整体代谢活性最强.3个林分土壤微生物的丰富度(Shannon指数)以及多样性(Simpson指数)差异较小,杉木-火力楠1∶2处理对土壤微生物的均一度(McIntosh指数)影响达极显著水平(P=0.001).3个林分都以碳水化合物、氨基酸以及聚合物作为主要的碳源利用类型,其中4、15和32年生杉木人工林中杉木-火力楠2∶1、纯杉木处理下的土壤微生物对碳源的利用聚为一类,杉木-火力楠1∶2、杉木-火力楠1∶1与纯火力楠处理在15、32年生杉木人工林中聚为一类.
In the 4-,15-and 32-year artificial forest of Cunninghamia laneolata,the net bags of different ratio C.laneolata and Michelia macclurei litterfalls and blank control plots were conducted.Biolog technique was used to analyze the microbial diversity index and the carbon metabolism diversity in 0~ 5 cm soil layer under different proportioned litterfalls,and to study the effects of different proportioned litterfalls on the carbon source utilization and microbial diversity of soil microbes.The result showed that the total soil microbial metabolic activity (average well color development,AWCD) was 32 a> 15 a>4 a.The total metabolic activity under C1M2 treatment in the 4-year topsoil was the highest than other treatments.The difference of Shannon and Simpson index in topsoil was not significant,and the effect of C1M2 (P=0.001) on McIntosh index of soil microbial was significant.The main types of carbon source utilization in those plantations were carbohydrate,polymer and amino acid,which was under C2MI and C treatments were clustered into one group,but under C1M2, C1M1 and M treatments in the 15-,32-year stands were clustered into another group.
