15种豆科树种的家居用材表面视觉特性差异

Analysis the surface visual property differences among 15 kinds of Leguminosae home wood

为了科学合理利用豆科家居用材, 对15种豆科树种的家居用材分别用醇酸清漆进行涂饰, 并对涂饰后的木材表面进行颜色测量和分析, 探讨了这些木材视觉物理量的分布特征.结果表明: 15种豆科植物的家居用材的明度指数(L*)为15.48~31.39, 孟塞尔明度(V)为0.39~1.98.非洲崖豆木L*和V均最小, 鞋木L*和V均最大;色品指数中红绿轴色品指数(a*)为3.87~25.90, 黄蓝轴色品指数(b*)为31.24~65.32.两蕊苏木a*和b*均最大, 紫心苏木a*最小, 非洲崖豆木b*最小;色调值参数中色相(H)为1.63Y~3.88Y, 均分布在Y色调系内, 非洲崖豆木H最大, 印茄木H最小;色饱和度(C)为6.73~23.38, 非洲崖豆木的C最小, 两蕊苏木C最大.
In order to make reasonable use of Leguminosae home wood, 15 kinds of Leguminous furniture wood was coated with alkyd varnish, then wood surface color was evaluated and analysed after finishing the wood coated, the parameters of color space distribution characteristics were discussed the analysed.The results indicated that the range of lightness index (L*) distribution was 15.48~31.39 and the Munsell (V) distribution was 0.39~1.98.The L* and V of Millettia laurentii were the minimal while Berlinia confusa were the maximum.Among the chromatically index, red-green chromaticity index (a*) was 3.87~25.90 and the yellow-blue chromaticity index (b*) was 31.24~65.32, respectively.The a* and b* of Distemonanthus benthamianus were the maximum, the a* of Peltogyne sp.was the minimal, the b* of Millettia laurentii was the minimal.The scope of the H was in the range of 1.63Y~3.88Y, all the distribution was within Y color tone system.The H of Millettia laurentii were the maxium, the H of Intsia sp.was minimal.The range of saturation distribution (C) was among 6.73~23.38.The C of Millettia laurentii and Distemonanthus benthamianus were the minimal and maximum, respectively.These results provide a theoretical guidance for comprehensive evaluation of wood surface characteristics, selection and utilization of these 15 kinds of Leguminosae furniture wood.
