Optimization of timber logistics network based on the genetic-tabu algorithm

为了完善木材物流网络, 保障木材物流顺畅运行, 降低区域木材物流系统成本, 从木材物流的生产现状出发, 建立木材物流网络优化的数学模型, 采用遗传-禁忌算法求解模型的策略和流程.以永林集团在福建三明永安境内的木材物流活动为例, 将模型算法与计算机技术相结合, 进行木材物流网络优化的实证分析, 用C#编写相应的求解程序结合地理信息系统软件(ArcGIS)实现方案可视化.结果表明, 该模型与算法具有可行性和有效性, 可提高木材物流网络优化决策的精度和效率, 降低物流总成本.
In order to improve the logistics network of timber which could provide guarantee for the smooth running of timber logistics and reduce the cost of the whole area of timber logistics system, combining the production reality of timber logistics, the optimized mathematical model of logistics network of timber was established using the strategies and processes of genetic-tabu (GA-TS) algorithm.Setting the timber logistics activities of Yonglin group as an example to analyze the empirical analysis of the timber logistics network optimization.The model and algorithm were combined with computer technology.Solver procedure was written by C# and geographical information systems software platform (ArcGIS) was used to implement scheme visualization.Results showed that the model and the algorithm are feasibility and effectiveness, can improve the efficiency and precision of timber logistics network optimization decision, and reduce logistics cost.
