摘要

以冻融循环预处理后的杉木木材为原料,采用酸性大红3R染料对其进行染色处理,通过改变染料浓度、 染色时间、 染色温度和促染剂用量,以上染率和色差为评价指标,研究处理条件与木材染色性能的关系,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析染料与木材结合方式,并利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观察染料在木材内的分布特征.结果表明,染料浓度、 染色时间、 染色温度和促染剂用量对上染率的影响均极显著(P<0.01),但对色差的影响除浓度仍表现极显著外,其它因素的影响均不显著(P>0.05);随着染料浓度增加、 染色时间延长、 染色温度升高和促染剂用量增大,上染率均呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,而木材的色差则随染料浓度增大而增大,随染色温度升高先增大后减小,随染色时间延长和促染剂用量增加呈先增大后减小并趋于平缓的变化趋势.傅里叶变换红外光谱分析与场发射扫描电子显微镜观察发现,染料与木材间通过物理吸附结合并以分子间团聚形式附着在木材管胞口、 轴向管胞壁、 木射线薄壁细胞等微观结构内.

Abstract

Chinese fir plantation wood which were pre-treated with freeze-thaw cycles were dyed in acid scarlet 3R with different dye concentration, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and dosage of accelerant.The relationship between the conditions of dyeing treating process and the properties of dyed wood was evaluated by the dye-uptake and color difference, then the chemical structure of wood was analyzed and the dyestuff distribution in the wood was observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ) and field emission scanning electron microscope ( FESEM) , respectively.The results showed that the dye concentration, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and dosage of accelerant significantly influenced the dye-uptake ( P<00.1 ) , but the color difference were not significant variation ( P>0.05) except for the dye concentration.It was observed the dye-uptake increased at first and then decreased with increasing of dye concentration, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and dosage of accelerant, while the color difference of wood increased with increasing of dye concentration, increased at first and then decreased with increasing of dyeing temperature, or had a trend of increasing at first and then decreased gently with increasing of dyeing time and dosage of accelerant.FTIR analysis showed that it was physical absorption primarily between dyes and wood, and FESEM results indicated that a great deal of dyes gathered and were observed in the tracheid, axial tracheid wall, wood ray parenchyma cells and other microstructure of wood.
