摘要
采用适量的三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)树脂对单宁-糠醇(TF)树脂进行改性,制备新型热固性环保砂轮片来提高单宁-糠醇树脂砂轮片的力学及切割性能.通过材料外观、 硬度、 弯曲强度和切割性能对砂轮片进行质量评定,制备新型生物质砂轮片替代商业酚醛树脂砂轮片.结果表明:在弱酸性条件下,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与单宁-糠醇树脂发生了共缩聚反应,加入三聚氰胺甲醛树脂降低了单宁-糠醇树脂的固化温度,同时提高了固化后砂轮片的硬度和抗弯强度.当三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与单宁-糠醇树脂的质量比为1:11时,所制备的砂轮片的切割性能最佳.
Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical properties and cutting property of tannin-furfuryl based grinding wheels to replace phenolic resin based grinding wheels, the melamine-formaldehyde resin must be used to modify the nature bio-based tanninf-urfuryl resin to obtain a new thermoset green cutting and grinding wheel.The quality evaluation of the new material was carried out by the analysis of appearance, hardness, bending strength and cutting property.These results indicated that the reaction between MF resin and tannin-furfuryl resin under weak acid condition have been proven.Indeed, the curing temperature of TF resin was decreased after reaction with MF resin.Moreover , with the adding of MF resin, the hardness and bending strength of cutting and grinding wheel were improved obviously.And when the mass ratio of MF and TF resins was 1:11, the grinding wheel had the best cutting property.
