黔西北地区优势树种叶片功能性状与经济谱分析

摘要
深入认识黔西北地区优势树种叶片功能性状特征,分析比较不同物种叶片经济谱,对于揭示植物与环境的关系,进一步阐明群落构建途径具有重要的理论意义.以黔西北地区14种优势植物为对象,测定其功能性状特征.结果表明:叶片厚度为0.12~0.60 mm, 叶面积为0.006~0.400 dm2, 比叶面积为1.07~195.99 dm2?g-1, 叶干物质含量为27.41% ~54.45%, 相对水分亏缺为11.09%~44.58%, δ13C 为-3.12%~ -2.71%?叶面积与叶干物质含量呈显著正相关, 其他指标之间相关性不显著?叶片性状主要受叶干物质含量?相对水分亏缺和δ13C 支配?验证了黔西北地区优势树种叶片经济谱的存在, 乔木树种倾向于缓慢投资-收益型, 灌木树种更倾向于快速投资-收益型?说明该区植物可以通过权衡经济性状之间的关系而采取不同的适应策略, 研究结果为喀斯特高原山地区森林生态系统恢复和保护提供理论与实践依据?
Abstract
Expanded understanding of the leaf functional traits of the different dominant species in northwest Guizhou Province, and further analysis of their leaf economics spectrum contributes to reveal the relationship between plants and environments, and explain the methods of community assembly. Fourteen dominant species in northeast Guizhou Province were employed to investigate their leaffunction traits. The results were described as follows: leaf thickness was 0.12-0.60 mm, leaf area was 0.006-0.400 dm2, specific leaf area was 1.07-195.99 dm?2 g-1, leaf dry matter content was 27.41%-54.45%, relative water deficit was 11.09%-44.58%, and δ13C was from -3.12% to -2.71%. Leaf area was positively correlated with leaf dry matter content, and no significant correlation was found among other indexes. Leaf function traits were mainly affected by leaf dry matter content, relative water deficit and δ13C. These results showed that the existence of the leaf economics spectrum of dominant species in northwest Guizhou Province, the tree species tended to be slow investment-return species while the shrub species tended to be quick investment-return species, suggesting that the plants can take different adaptation strategies by the trades-offs among the economic traits. The paper is helpful to provide theoretical and practical basis for the restoration and protection of forest ecosystem in karst plateau and mountain areas.
