摘要

为促进精量穴盘播种技术在林业的生产应用,应用气吸式精量穴盘播种机对樟子松芽种进行播种,观测樟子松容器苗的出苗时间、出苗率、地径生长量、生长形态变化、损伤情况.结果表明:随着吸种嘴孔径的增大,其出苗时间缩短同时地径生长量增加.吸种嘴孔径为0.9 mm时,各指标均优于其他两组,其平均出苗时间较吸种嘴孔径0.5和0.7 mm的试验处理分别缩短了19.28%和26.81%,地径生长量和出苗率是其他两组的1.4倍左右;吸种负压值为6.7和7.7 kPa时,对出苗时间的影响不显著,而吸种负压值增大到8.7 kPa时,其出苗时间的增加较为明显.6.7 kPa试验处理下的樟子松容器苗生长状况优良,其地径生长量和出苗率较7.7 kPa 别高出28.85%和11.95%,较8.7 kPa 处理分别高出35.35%和26.59%.催芽时间对出苗时间的影响不显著,对地径生长量和出苗率的影响显著,播种机吸种嘴对催芽时间为4 d的芽种对造成的损伤不显著.从樟子松容器苗的出苗时间、出苗率及初期生长速率方面来看,吸种嘴孔径为0.9 mm、吸种负压值为6.7 kPa、催芽时间为4 d的试验处理优于其他试验组合.

Abstract

To promote the application of precision plug sowing in the forestry field,the research applied gas suction pattern precision plug planter to sow the bud seeds of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,and observed the emerging time,emergence rate,ground diameter growth,growth morphological change,injury condition. The results showed that,with the increasing size of suction nozzle aperture, the emerging time become short and also the ground diameter increase. When the pore diameter of the suction nozzle was 0.9 mm, the indexes were better than those of the other two groups. The experimental treatment of the average emerging time was 0.5 and 0.7 mm with a decrease of 19.28% and 26.81%,respectively. The ground diameter and emergence rate were about 1.4 times to that of the other two groups. When the negative pressure value was 6.7 and 7.7 kPa, it has not significant influence on the emerging time,while the pressure value increased to 8.7 kPa, the emerging time was increased obviously. The seedling growth condition of P. sylvestris var. mongolica which was treated with 6.7 kPa was good, and was 28.85% and 11.95% higher than 7.7 kPa, and 35.35% and 26.59% higher than 8.7 kPa,respectively. The sprouting time has no significant influence on the emergence time while it had obviously influence on the diameter growth and emergence. When the buds sprout for 4 d,the damage to the buds by sowing planter suction nozzle was not significant. In conclusion, the best condition of the 3 experiment parameters are that suction nozzle diameter is 0.9 mm,negative pressure value is 6.7 kPa,and the sprouting time is 4 d,according to the P. sylvestris var. mongolica container seedling emergence,seedling emergence and the early time of growth rate.
