摘要

柑橘溃疡病是世界范围内危害柑橘产业的重要细菌性病害,被列为国内外检疫对象.近年来,在研究柑橘溃疡病的抗性遗传和分子机制方面取得了快速进展,叶片的气孔密度和气孔结构是柑橘先天防卫系统,成为品种抗性的一个生理指标;在病原菌的诱导下,柑橘植物合成的过氧化物酶、植保素和沈香醇等代谢产物影响柑橘的抗感病性,激素物质促进了溃疡病斑的形成;转录组学研究揭示了柑橘抗感品种基因表达的差异,特别是发现了柑橘植物中与病原菌效应蛋白PthA4对应的感病基因CsLOB1,为柑橘抗病育种提供了新的发展策略.本文主要综述柑橘先天防卫系统、代谢产物、植物激素和感病基因在柑橘抗感病性产生中作用,柑橘抗感品种在基因表达上的差异.

Abstract

Citrus canker is a serious bacterial disease that threatens citrus industry worldwide and has been listed as a quarantine plant disease in our country and abroad. In recent years,rapid progress has been worked out in studying the genetic and molecular mechanisms that determine the resistance or susceptibility to citrus canker disease.The stomatal density and structure of citrus leaves function as an innate defense system which have become a physiological characteristic of resistance difference. In response to pathogenic bacteria,citrus metabolites such as peroxidase, phytoalexin and linalool play roles in resistance, meanwhile hormones promote the formation of canker lesions. Transcriptomic analysis revealed a number of differentially expressed genes in resistance and susceptible citrus cultivars. In particular,the susceptibility gene CsLOB1 was cloned from citrus plants, which is the target gene of pathogens effector protein PthA4. The finding of CsLOB1 provides a new strategy for breeding disease resistance citrus. This article reviewed on the citrus innate defense,metabolic molecules,plant hormone and susceptible gene that determine citrus resistance and susceptibility. The transcription profiles of resistance or susceptible citrus cultivars were also included.
