摘要

以龙竹刨花为原料,研究了铺装方式、板材厚度和表面贴面处理等工艺参数对竹材定向刨花板纵向和横向耐冲击性能的影响,并对竹材定向刨花板受冲击破坏过程和破坏模式进行了分析.结果表明:竹材定向刨花板纵向耐冲击性能明显优于横向;表、芯层刨花垂直铺装的竹材定向刨花板纵向上比单向铺装竹材定向刨花板具有更好的耐冲击性能;随着板材厚度的增加,表、芯层刨花垂直铺装的竹材定向刨花板耐冲击性能显著增强;铺装方式相同的情况下,杨木单板贴面处理可有效提升竹材定向刨花板耐冲击性能.竹材定向刨花板受冲击破坏过程分为蓄能、起裂和扩展3个阶段;破坏模式为分层和断裂.

Abstract

Choosing Dendrocalamus giganteus strands as raw material, the influence of several technological parameters containing patterns of strand forming, board thickness and surface treatment on the longitudinal and transverse impact resistance of bamboo oriented strand board were researched, and the failure process and failure mode of bamboo oriented strand board on impact were also analyzed. The results showed that the impact resistance of all the longitudinal boards had an advantage over the horizontal one. The impact resistance of longitudinal bamboo oriented strand board with the perpendicular forming of surface and the core layer was prior to the unidirectional formed one. The impact resistance growed notably with the increasing of thickness in the same forming pattern of bamboo oriented strand board with the perpendicular forming of surface and the core layer.Surface treatment can effectively improved the impact resistance in case of same forming pattern. The failure process of bamboo oriented strand board had 3 periods including energy storage stage,crack stage and expansion stage,failure modes mainly were fracture and debonding.
