9种滨海植物盐雾的耐性评价

为提高厦门滨海地区园林绿化质量,以厚叶石斑木、车桑子、鱼藤、苦槛蓝、倒卵叶润楠、单叶蔓荆、酸味子、银毛树、苦郎树9种植物幼苗为材料,将饱和NaCl溶液均匀喷洒于叶片表面,观测各树种盐雾危害症状,测定叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标,以评价9种植物耐盐雾能力.结果表明:盐雾胁迫处理后9种植物的叶片均受到不同程度的盐害,表现出失绿发黄、萎蔫干枯、失水变褐等现象.与对照相比,盐雾胁迫处理下9个树种叶片的含水量和叶绿素含量均显著下降,MDA含量增加.鱼藤的SOD活性随时间延长表现出下降趋势; 车桑子和银毛树的SOD活性表现出先升后降的现象;其他6种植物均表现为随时间延长SOD活性升高.综合评价表明:厚叶石斑木、倒卵叶润楠、酸味子盐雾抗性强;苦槛蓝、车桑子、单叶蔓荆盐雾抗性中等;苦郎树、银毛树、鱼藤盐雾抗性弱.
Evaluation of salt spray tolerance of 9 coastal plants
In order to improve the quality of garden greening in coastal areas,9 kinds of seashore plants,including Rhaphiolepis umbellata,Dodonaea viscosa,Derris trifoliata,Myoporum bontioides,Machilus obovatifolia,Vitex trifolia var.simplicifoli,Antidesma japonicum,Tournefortia argentea,Clerodendrum inerme seedlings,were selected as test materials.Using saturated NaCl solution to spray on the leaf surface,and then observing the species salt fog suffer symptoms,and through the determination of leaf water content,chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase activity(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content and physiological indexes to comprehensively evaluate salt fog resistance of 9 species.Results showed the treated plants were damaged in varied degrees,leaves were lack of green and become yellow or brown,dried-up and wilting,and dehydration etc.Under salt treatment,compared with CK,leaf water content and chlorophyll content of 9 species were significantly decreased,MDA content increased.In the treated group,SOD of D.trifoliata showed a downward trend with time lengthening,D.viscosa and T.argentea increased at the first and then dropped,the other six species showed a increase trend with the treatment time.According to the comprehensive evaluation,R.umbellata,A.japonicum,M.obovatifolia present strong tolerance to salt treatment,M.bontioides,D.viscosa,V.trifolia var.simplicifoli presents midium tolerance,and C.inerme,T.argentea,D.trifoliata presents weak ability.
