桉树焦枯病是世界性的桉树病害,为害桉树的人工林和幼苗,造成严重的经济损失.以Web of Science平台及CNKI为数据来源,采用文献计量的方法,对1993—2016年间桉树焦枯病研究文献的年代分布、主要研究国家、研究机构、作者、主要载文期刊、基金资助、学科类别和关键词共现进行分析.结果表明,国内外桉树焦枯病的文献数量总体呈上升趋势,2001年开始进入快速发展阶段.Web of Science统计表明,24 a间共发表论文416篇,澳大利亚的发文量(163篇)、总被引(2 917次)及H指数(28)居世界首位,中国共发表论文27篇,排名世界第5,但发文质量及影响力与其他国家相比还存在较大的差距; 发文量最多的研究机构是南非比勒陀利亚大学(79 篇),南非比勒陀利亚大学的WINGFIELD M J发文量最高(73篇); 该领域的研究涉及植物科学、林学、环境科学与生态学等多个学科,《Plant Disease》是刊文量最多的学术期刊.CNKI上发文101篇,福建农林大学是国内最大的发文机构,福建省在科研投入、科研机构、科研成果具有较大的成效; 与国际上的核心作者相比,国内核心作者的论文数量和质量差距较大,可加强相关领域的国际合作.近年来,国内外在研究内容上逐渐向功能基因组等分子生物学领域发展.
Research situation on Cylindrocladium leaf blight based on bibliometrical analysis
The Cylindrocladium leaf blight is one of the important and widespread diseases in most Eucalyptus spp.regions of the world.A research based on the literatures from Web of Science and CNKI databases was conducted,making the statistic analysis of data amount of Cylindrocladium leaf blight research from research countries,authors,institutions,financing fund,journals,subjects and keywords during 1993-2016,as well as other key index such as total citations,average citations and H index.The results showed that the Cylindrocladium leaf blight research papers were growing as a whole,which was especially obvious from 2001.Australia had the maximum total papers,highly cited and high impact factor papers.China totally published 27 articles,which ranked the 5th.University of Pretoria published the most papers among international research institutes,and Prof.WINGFIELD M J from this university had the largest amounts of publications.《Plant Disease》 was the academic journal which had the largest publications.This research area involved several subjects such as Plant Sciences,Forestry,Environmental Sciences Ecology,etc.There were total 101 published papers in CNKI.Fujian Province showed obvious advantage both in research capacity and research achievements,and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University was the situation with the most articles in China.But the domestic key authors and the high influence articles were weak among the countries in the quality of the published papers.In the future,China should give more attention on the high level research papers and international cooperation of Cylindrocladium leaf blight.On the whole,the researches conducting on physiology,biochemistry,genetics and molecular biology of Cylindrocladium leaf blight were widely and deeply in recent years.
