球孢白僵菌林间防治油茶黑褐盗毒蛾试验

应用球孢白僵菌不同剂型进行林间防治油茶黑褐盗毒蛾试验,通过林间施菌,套笼法检查防治效果,调查防治后油茶植株的虫口数和油茶叶片新增受害率,综合评价白僵菌林间防治该虫的效果。结果表明,以108孢子· mL-1白僵菌孢子悬浮液喷雾( B处理)防治效果最佳,施菌10 d后黑褐盗毒蛾幼虫死亡率达92.8%,防治效果达91.0%。白僵菌粉炮处理中,60个粉炮· hm-2( A2处理)、90个粉炮· hm-2( A3处理)2个处理间防治效果差异不显著,10 d 后防治效果分别达到82.4%、85.3%,但显著高于30个粉炮· hm-2( A1处理)。白僵菌不同剂型防治后各处理组的虫口数、防治期间新增受害率均较防治前出现了显著的下降。其中虫口数下降最多的分别是A3、B、A2处理,虫口减退率分别为88.6%、88.4%、81.5%;B、A3、A2处理在防治期间新增受害率仅为5.3%、6.0%、8.3%,而对照的新增量为21.0%,防治效果十分显著。
Study on the Biocontrol Experiment of Porthesia atereta by Beauveria bassiana in the Field
In this paper ,results of biocontrol of Porthesia atereta in Camellia oleifera plants by different Beauveria bassiana formula-tions in the field were reported.The results showed that spraying 108 spores/mL suspension had the best control efficiency.Mortality of P.atereta larva was 92.8%10 days after application ,and the corrected mortality was 91%.In the treatments of the firecrackers of conidia powder ,biocontrol efficiencies between 4 and 6 conidia powder firecracker/sample plot 10 days after application had no sig-nificant difference ,which were 82.4%and 85.3%,respectively.But the biocontrol efficiencies of using 4 and 6 conidia powder fire-cracker/sample plot were significantly higher than that of 2 conidia powder firecracker.The insect densities and increased leaves in-jury rates of C.oleifera on the standard trees after application of different B.bassiana formulations were significantly decreased.The reduction in insect amounts with B ,A3 and A2 treatments were 88.4%,88.6%and 81.5%,respectively.The increased leaves injury rates were 5.3%,6.0% and 8.3%, while that of the control was 21.0%.The results showed biocontrolling of P.atereta using B.bassiana was efficient.
