摘要

2019年8月—2020年12月,利用红外相机对福建福安瓜溪桫椤省级自然保护区生物多样性进行调查,以1 km2的网格为单位,共在38个点位布设了红外相机,累积10512个相机日,获得独立有效照片3080张.准确鉴定出兽类4目11科13种,鸟类3目8科17种.相对多度指数最高的前3种兽类依次是小麂(Muntiacus reevesi)、野猪(Sus scrofa)、赤腹松鼠(Callosciurus erythraeus);相对多度指数最高的前 3 种鸟类依次是白鹇(Lophura nycthemera)、紫啸鸫(Myophonus caeruleus)、白眉山鹧鸪(Arborophila gingica).研究结果可为福安瓜溪桫椤省级自然保护区后期持续的野生动物资源监测和保护管理工作提供参考.

Abstract

To investigate biodiversity in Fujian Fuan Guaxi Alsophila Provincial Nature Reserve,camera-traps were set in 1 km2 grids at 38 sites from August 2019 to December 2020.A total of 3080 independent photographs were collected with a sampling effort of 10512 camera-days.This effort identified 13 wild mammal species(4 orders,11 families)and 17 wild bird species(3 orders,8 fami-lies).According to the relative abundance index(RAI),the top three mammalian species were Muntiacus reevesi,Sus scrofa and Cal-losciurus erythraeus;the top three bird species with the highest were Lophura nycthemera,Myophonus caeruleus and Arborophila gingi-ca.The results of this study can be used as a reference for the monitoring,protection and management of the wild animal resources in the later period of Fuan Guaxi Alsophila Provincial Nature Reserve.
