三角梅组培苗移栽炼苗试验

为提高三角梅组培苗的移栽成活率,以'中闽1号'三角梅组培生根苗为试材,采用正交试验探讨炼苗时间、杀菌剂浓度、基质、生根液浓度对三角梅组培苗移植移栽成活率、新叶率的影响.结果表明:不同炼苗时间、杀菌剂浓度、基质和生根液浓度对三角梅组培生根苗移栽成活率和新叶率均有极显著影响.三角梅组培苗'中闽1号'移栽的最佳处理组合为:三角梅组培苗移栽前进行强光闭瓶炼苗10 d,出瓶后清洗干净培养基、蘸ABT 1000倍液后栽植于泥炭土:椰糠=4:1的栽培基质中,管护期间每隔20 d喷洒1次1500倍液的异菌脲杀菌剂.研究结果可为三角梅组培苗工厂化育苗及移栽抚育管理提供参考.
Experimental Study on Transplantation and Refining of Tissue Culture Seedlings of Bougainvillea
In order to improve the transplant survival rate of tissue cultured seedlings of Bougainvillea.This study used the root tissue culture seedlings of Bougainvillea'Zhongmin No.1'as the experimental material,orthogonal experimental design,comparative experi-ments were carried out on influencing factors such as seedling refining time,fungicide concentration,substrate and rooting solution concentration,in order to screen out the best conditions for the transplantation of tissue cultured seedlings of Bougainvillea.The re-sults showed that different seedling mixing time,fungicide concentration,substrate and rooting solution concentration had significant effects on the transplanting survival rate and new leaf rate of Bougainvillea seedlings.Among them,A2 B2 C2 D2 is the best treatment combination for tissue culture seedling transplanting of'Zhongmin No.1'Bougainvillea,that is,before transplanting tissue cultured seedlings of Bougainvillea,the seedlings were harvested for 10 days with high light closed flask,clean the medium after leaving the bottle,sterilize it with 1500 times the liquid of iomediuron,ABT root powder dipped in 1000 times liquid was planted in peat soil∶coir=4∶1 cultivation substrate.The best combination of transplanting conditions selected is of great significance for guiding the in-dustrialized seedling raising and transplanting tending management of tissue cultured seedlings of Bougainvillea.
