不同处理方式对囊托羊蹄甲扦插繁殖的影响

于2022年3月在广西壮族自治区林业科学研究院园林花卉所苗圃,采用L9(33)正交试验设计方法,以枝条形状(A)、根啸生根粉浓度(B)和浸泡时间(C)3个因素,3个水平,研究各因素水平对囊托羊蹄甲扦插繁殖的影响.结果表明:3个因素对生根率、平均根长、抽芽数与新芽长影响的主次水平为A>C>B,对单株主根数量、根系效果指数影响的主次水平为A>B>C,对根粗影响的主次水平为C>B>A,表明除了在根粗指标中因素C占主导因子之外,因素A在其它指标中均占主导因子.细圆柱形插穗的生根率、根系数量、抽芽数、芽高度和根系效果指数等指标显著高于其它枝条形状,其根系效果指数最高(2.53);生根剂10 g·L-1的根系数量、抽芽数、根系效果指数显著高于其它浓度,其根系效果指数最高(2.30);浸泡15 min的各项指标均最高,且显著高于浸泡45 min,其根系效果指数最高(2.08).综合结果表明,囊托羊蹄甲扦插,采用细圆柱形插穗、根啸生根粉10 g·L-1浸泡15 min为宜.
Different Treatments for Bauhinia touranensis Gagnep Effect of Cutting Propagation
In March 2022,the L9(33)orthogonal experimental design method was adopted in the nursery of Guangxi Forestry Re-search Institute garden flower nursery.Three factors,branch shape(A),root powder concentration(B)and soaking time(C),were used to study the effects of each factor level on Bauhinia touranensis Gagnep of cutting propagation.The results show that:the main and secondary levels of the three factors on rooting rate,average root length,number of sprouts and length of new sprouts were A>C>B;the main and secondary levels of the effects on the number of single rhizoid roots and root effect index were A>B>C;and the main and secondary levels of the effects on root roughness were C>B>A,indicating that factor C was the dominant factor in the in-dex of root roughness,and factor A was the dominant factor in other indexes.The rooting rate,root number,bud number,bud height and root effect index of thin cylindrical cuttings were significantly higher than those of other branch shapes,and the root effect index was the highest(2.53).The root number,bud number and root effect index of 10 g·L-1 were significantly higher than those of oth-er concentrations,and the root effect index was the highest(2.30).The indexes of soaking time 15 min were the highest,and signifi-cantly higher than soaking time 45 min,and the root effect index was the highest(2.08).The results showed that Bauhinia touranen-sis Gagnep.For cutting,fine cylindrical cuttings were soaked in 10 g·L-1 root powder for 15 min.
