In order to find out the vascular plant of Nanning,the investigation and analysis of vascular plants in Nanning were carried out by field survey and line transect from March 2021 to June 2022.A total of 2512 species of vascular plants belonging to 893 gene-ra and 231 families were recorded.There were 42 families,106 genera,278 species of lycophytes and ferns,7 families,12 genera,25 species of gymnosperms,and 182 families,775 genera,2209 species of angiosperm.The dominant families were Asteraceae,Fabaceae and Gramineae,in which 23 species are key national plants.The flora of vascular plants which has some temperate attributes are mainly pan-tropical distribution,and the tropical component of family floristic type and genus floristic type were 71.28％and 74.70％respectively.The results showed that Nanning was rich in species,with many focus on protecting wild plants,showing a trop-ical and subtropical transitional nature.
