贵妃枇杷花提取液挥发性成分GC-MS分析

采用顶空固相微萃取与GC-MS联用技术,对贵妃枇杷花水蒸气蒸馏不同阶段提取液的挥发性成分进行检测分析。结果表明:按料液质量比1∶1依次收集的第一、二、三阶段提取精油中,分别检测出56、61和48种挥发性成分,占总含量的96。27%、94。73%和96。08%,其中相同成分25种;第一和第二阶段主要成分是醛类物质(分别占70。19%、60。03%),苯甲醛含量最高,分别占56。01%和50。22%;第三阶段以酯类(45。14%)和醇类物质(22。28%)为主,其中L-抗坏血酸-2,6-二棕榈酸酯含量最高,占20。4%。可见不同提取阶段的挥发性成分与含量存在较大差异,可为枇杷花精油生产工艺提供参考。
Aromatic Compounds in Essential Oil of Guifei Loquat Flowers
Volatiles in Guifei loquat flowers were extracted by the conventional steam distillation method,and subsequently,separated using GC followed by the structure identification by MS.A total of 56,61 and 48 chemicals,constituting 96.27%,94.73%,and 96.08% of the total,respectively,were obtained from three extraction stages in their 1:1 water solutions.Twenty-five of the chemicals were commonly existed in all three extracts.The majority of the volatiles in the first-and second-stage extracts was aldehydes (70.19% and 60.03%,respectively) with benzaldehyde in the greatest amounts (56.01% and 50.22%,respectively).Of the volatiles in the third-stage extract,45.14% were esters and 22.28% alcohols,and the single chemical in the greatest quantity,as much as 20.4 %,was 1-(+)-ascorbic acid 2,6-dihexadecanoate.The results obtained should be useful for the development of essential oil extraction from loquat flowers.
