摘要

以夏黑葡萄为试材,在转色期前1周分别用包果优+果实美、脱落酸+包果优、果实美+农久富以及脱落酸+海精灵4种组合药剂进行处理,以清水喷施为对照。试验结果表明,各药剂处理均能明显改善果穗着色,对增加总糖、糖酸比、可溶性固形物含量以及降低可滴定酸具有积极作用,但对果实纵横径、平均单粒重以及Vc含量变化无明显作用。各药剂处理中,果实美+农久富效果最佳。

Abstract

In order to choose the best treatment on berry quality of ‘Summer Black’ grape , four kinds of combined reagents including Baoguoyou′ and Guoshimei′, ABA and Baoguoyou′, Guoshimei′ and Nongjiufu′, ABA and Haijingling′were used one week before the turning-color period .Meanwhile ,clear water was used as control .The results showed that four treatments improved the fruit color ,total sugar content ,sugar acid ratio and soluble solids content ,but reduced the titratable acid content .In the contrast ,they had no significant influence on the berry length and width ,average berry weight and vitamin C content .Our results indicated that the effect of Guoshimei′ and Nongjiufu′treatment was better than the others .
