基于物理特性的EWIS运动线束仿真研究

本文主要基于物理特性对EWIS运动线束的运动特性进行仿真研究,以真实地展示实际工况下的线束姿态和受力情况,为线束的布线和优化方案提供理论支撑.本文以活动门两种不同的布线方案为例,首先通过理论计算,得出线束的等效弹性模量、切变模量、泊松比、单位长度重量等材料物理特性,然后在ANSYS Motion软件中,设置线束的初始状态,使其内应力为0,并加载线束的等效材料物理特性,根据其安装敷设方案进行安装,最后根据其运动工况进行力学仿真分析,分析其干涉和受力情况.仿真的结果表明,该方法可以定量评估线束安装敷设方案的优劣,在设计早期及时发现线束布置问题.
Simulation Research of EWIS Moving Harness Based on Physical Characteristics
This article mainly carries out simulation research on the motion characteristics of EWIS harness based on physical properties,to authentically display the posture and force conditions of the harness under actual working conditions,providing theoretical support for the routing and optimiza-tion solutions of the harness.Taking two different routing schemes of the movable door as examples,the article first uses theoretical calculations to determine the material physical properties of the har-ness,such as the equivalent elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio,and weight per unit length.Then,in the ANSYS Motion softwore,the initial state of the harness is set so that its internal stress in zero,and the equivalent material physical properties of the harness are loaded.According to its installation and laying scheme,it is installed,and finally,a mechanical simulation analysis is carried out based on its motion working conditions to analyze tis interference and force conditions.The results of the simula-tion show that this method can quantitatively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the har-ness installation and laying schemes,and can promptly discover problems with the harness layout in the early stages of design.
