飞机不同弯曲半径导管流阻特性研究

随着飞机质量和飞行速度不断提高,传动面对的载荷和要求的响应速度也越来越大,而过高的流阻会降低系统的传动效率,同时压力损失会导致系统温度升高,因此需尽可能减少介质流动过程中的压力损失.文中通过AMESim流阻仿真计算,探究多种工作介质下,不同弯曲半径对导管流阻特性的影响.结果表明:缓弯、慢弯的方式可减缓液压冲击,有效降低液压系统导管的流阻,同时选择合理的管径、较小黏度的流体作为工作介质,也有利于流阻的下降.而对于气动系统导管,增大弯曲半径对降低导管流阻无显著效果.
The Research on Flow Resistance Characteristics of Aircraft Pipes with Different Bending Radius
As the weight and flight speed of the aircraft continue to increase,the transmission load and response speed are also increasing.However,excessive flow resistance can reduce the transmis-sion efficiency of the system,while pressure loss can lead to increased system temperature.It is nec-essary to minimize the pressure loss during the medium flow process as much as possible.The article explores the influence of different bending radius on the flow resistance characteristics of pipes under various working media by AMESim.The results indicate that slow bending can alleviate hydraulic impact and effectively reduce the flow resistance of hydraulic system conduits.Choosing a reasonable pipe diameter and using a fluid with lower viscosity as the working medium are also beneficial for re-ducing flow resistance.For pneumatic system conduits,increasing the bending radius has no signifi-cant effect on reducing the flow resistance of the conduit.
