Research on Mechanical Properties of Laser Deposition Connection Based on TA15 Titanium Alloy Arc Additive Parts
This article investigates the tensile and fatigue properties of laser deposition connectors or TA15 arc fused parts.By comparing the tensile testing data under different linear energy density pa-rameters,the near optimal process parameters of forming connection under this process combination are:laser power 1 200 W,scanning speed 800 mm/s,and spot diameter 3 mm.The tensile properties of the joint obtained by laser deposition bonding with additive under the optimal parameters are:ten-sile strength 933 MPa,yield strength 861.7 MPa,elongation after fracture 5.5%,and fatigue limit 482 MPa.At the same time,based on the performance data and fracture location of the connecting parts,the influence of connection process,heat treatment system,and other factors on the perform-ance of the connecting joint is analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the elongation after fracture of the heterogeneous material connecting joint cannot truly reflect its plasticity.The above research results have laid a research foundation for the future implementation of large-scale integrated aircraft structure preparation relying on integrated additive manufacturing technology.
