钛合金机器人氩弧焊接焊缝成形及力学性能研究

以TC4钛合金板材为研究对象,采用机器人脉冲氩弧焊接设备进行了不同焊枪角度,以及不同焊枪角度分别与脉冲频率、焊接速度、峰值电流共同对焊缝成形的影响,并对优化后的参数所对应的焊缝力学性能进行了测试.试验结果表明,随着焊枪角度沿焊接方向由前倾45°转变为后倾45°,焊缝正背面的熔宽均在增加,且在低脉冲频率时焊缝正背熔宽均增加,而在高速焊接时,背部熔宽的增加率较高.力学性能结果显示,经过焊接后的焊缝相对于母材强度升高,而塑性下降,焊缝的拉伸强度不低于母材,剪切强度高于母材,弯曲角度小于母材.
Study on Robot Arc Welding Technology of Titanium Alloy
Taking TC4 titanium alloy plate as the research object,the robot pulsed argon arc welding equipment was used to carry out the influence of different welding gun angles and different welding gun angles on the weld formation together with pulse frequency,welding speed and peak current re-spectively,and the weld mechanical properties corresponding to the optimized parameters were test-ed.The test results show that with the welding torch angle changing from 45° forward to 45° back-ward along the welding direction,the front and back weld width increases,and at low pulse frequen-cy,the front and back weld width increases,while at high speed welding,the increase rate of back weld width is higher.The results of mechanical properties show that the strength of the weld after welding is higher than that of the base metal,while the plasticity is decreased.The tensile strength of the weld is not lower than that of the base metal,the shear strength is higher than that of the base metal,and the bending angle is lower than that of the base metal.
