飞机并联作动筒力纷争问题仿真分析

主要研究同一主阀为多个并联作动筒分配油路式伺服作动系统力纷争问题产生的原因.通过仿真方法,识别敏感因素及其对纷争力的影响程度.通过试验数据对比,验证仿真分析的正确性.提出减小此类伺服作动系统纷争力的可行性方法.结果表明,采取提高加工精度或进行选配的方式来减小主阀配流口不一致性;在不影响作动器性能的前提下,适量增大舵机的内漏量;合理设计机上液压系统管路及作动器内部管路,减小双液压系统供油压力不一致性等方法可有效减小此力纷争.
Simulation Analysis of Force Conflict in Parallel Actuators of Aircraft
This paper mainly studies the reasons for the force conflict of the multi-parallel action cyl-inder distribution oil path type of the same servo action system.It identifies sensitive factors and their impact on the dispute through simulation methods,and then compares and verifies the correctness of simulation analysis through experimental data.It also proposes methods to reduce the dispute of this type of servo action system,including improving processing accuracy,selecting appropriate valve port shapes,and reasonably designing the hydraulic system pipeline on the machine.
