舰载机在起飞和降落过程中,发动机热尾流与航母甲板风相互作用,产生复杂气流场,这对航空发动机稳定性和可靠性带来较大影响.降低舰载机进气道流场畸变,保证舰载机进发匹配,提高航空发动机安全与可靠性,是舰机适配性一项重要考核指标.介绍了航母偏流板与航空发动机尾喷口周围燃气流场状况,分析了舰载机进气道吸入发动机尾气原因,描述了舰载机吸入发动机尾气后工作情况,提出在航母上预防舰载机航空发动机流道畸变具体措施.对于改善航母上航空发动机工况,预防航空发动机喘振有一定意义,对于国产航空发动机在航母上的使用也有一定借鉴作用.
Abstract
The interaction between engine thermal wake and carrier deck wind can generate complex airflow fields during take-off and landing of carrier based aircraft,that has a significant impact on the stability and reliability of aircraft engines.Reducing the distortion of the inlet flow field of carrier based aircraft,ensuring the matching of carrier based aircraft inlet and engine,and improving the safety and reliability of aero engines are important evaluation indicator for the compatibility between the carrier and the aircraft.The article introduces the wake field conditions around the deflector and the tail nozzle of the aero engine on the aircraft carrier,analyzes the causes of the engine exhaust in-halation into the inlet of the carrier-based aircraft.It describes the working conditions of the carrier-based aircraft after inhaling the engine exhaust,and proposes specific measures to prevent the flow channel distortion of the carrier-based aircraft aero engine on the carrier.It is of certain significance for improving the working conditions of the aero engine on the carrier and preventing the surge of the aero engine.It also has certain reference value for the use of domestic aero engines on the carrier.
